An enthusiastic and hardworking individual is required for a Customer Service Apprenticeship for a leading transcription and translation service based in the centre of Bury. Throughout your employment you will be supported by staff in the workplace and experienced assessors.
The sucessful candidate will be:
· Following up on existing enquiries.
· Answering the telephone.
· Emailing and calling clients to gain understanding of their requirements.
· Creating and posting translation certificates.
· Gain understanding of the Company’s ISO standard.
· Attending monthly team meetings.
· Submitting daily work log.
You will receive the following training:
The candidate will receive a Level 2 Customer Service qualification.
The candidate will receive their training from Bury College, which is a five minute walk from the office.
The starting salary is £146.25 weekly for 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
The apprenticeship will run for 12 Months, starting on Monday, 29 March 2021. Applications close on Friday, 05 March 2021.

We aim to retain our apprentices once they have gained their qualification to further develop their skills. Apprentices may progress to manage their own client accounts and handle incoming enquiries themselves.
