This varied role will see you working as part of a small team of legal professionals based in a newly refurbished office in Blackley. There are excellent transport links as well as free parking.

Duties will include:

  • Inputting data onto internal systems (full training provided)
  • Talking to customers over the phone
  • Maintaining a diary and task list
  • Dealing with e-mail enquiries
  • Providing general administration support
  • Negotiating with the third parties over the phone
  • Understanding and adhering to GPPR/data protection
  • Working to targets
  • Understand the core values of the organisation

You will receive the following training:

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • College attendance is not currently required for this qualification but this may be subject to change in the future

The starting salary is £150.50 weekly for 35 hours Monday - Friday , 9.30am - 5.30pm, 30 mins lunch plus 2 x 15minute breaks.

The apprenticeship will run for 16 months, starting on Monday, 07 June 2021. Applications close on Friday, 28 May 2021.
