Provide first class, dedicated, administrative support in the processing and follow up to completion of mortgage and life cases. You will be the point of contact for lenders, clients and consultants during the processing period, via all communication channels.

Duties will include:

  • Answer telephone calls, take and distribute messages
  • Check answerphone for messages throughout the day
  • Check documentation for new applications to ensure complete
  • Chase missing documentation and log information on spreadsheets/system
  • Input applications on to database
  • Update daily figures spreadsheets
  • Post - Morning and afternoon
  • Filing
  • Emails and general correspondence
  • Check completed files ensuring documentation complete prior to archiving
  • Update archiving lot spreadsheet
  • Reception duties
  • Support administration team as required
  • To maintain a flexible approach for the work environment and work required
  • You will also be required to take on additional projects as required by management to improve the business and support your development

You will receive the following training:

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • College attendance is not currently required for this qualification but this may be subject to change in the future

The starting salary is £258.00 - £348.80 weekly for 40 hours Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.

The apprenticeship will run for 18 months, starting on Monday, 07 June 2021. Applications close on Friday, 28 May 2021.

  • Evidence of mortgage processing experience would be an advantage


  • Must have both English and maths GCSE’s grade C/4 or above
  • Advanced IT skills including MS Word/Excel and social media
  • Good keyboard skills

  • It is anticipated that on successful completion of this apprenticeship, there will be an opportunity for permanent employment with this company as a Junior Broker
