To assist the Office and Finance Manager with general administration duties along with processing financial transactions for accurate records in the financial systems.

  • To understand the wider business and contribute to improvements and change
  • Screening telephone calls and take messages/monitor voicemail
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at reception
  • To assist with sales and purchase ledger
  • Credit Control
  • To assist with HR administration
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing etc
  • Entering data into the database for maintaining accurate records
  • Order stationary/Book Training & Travel
  • Managing Clock Machine
  • Dealing with post
  • Managing workwear/orders
  • Managing customer details
  • General housekeeping

You will receive the following training:

  • AAT Level 2 Standard
  • College attendance will be required once-a-week

 

The starting salary is £187.00 weekly for 37.5 hours Mon - Thurs 8am - 4:30pm Fri 8am - 2pm with 30 min unpaid lunch £5.00 per hour.

The apprenticeship will run for 16 months, starting on Monday, 17 January 2022. Applications close on Friday, 07 January 2022.

Qualifications

  • Must have both English and maths GCSE’s grade C/4 or above
